Ed Cohen
Chief Technology Officer, Plateau Systems

Ed Cohen joined Plateau as Chief Technology Officer in 1999 as part of a merger between Plateau and Sensory Computing, Inc. He founded Sensory Computing, which produced instructional titles, a pioneering LCMS and reusable learning objects functionality within an authoring tool. Sensory's titles became a standard in the nuclear power industry. Cohen currently serves as Chairman of the Aviation Industry CBT Committee's (AICC) Training Infrastructure Subcommittee. Cohen also is a regular speaker at international e-Learning seminars and a frequent contributor to major e-Learning and HR publications.

Michelle Haas

Michelle is the LMS project lead for the global roll-out of Plateau's LMS at TWDC where she manages all HRIS functions for the Learning Management and Performance Management systems.
Prior to her current role, Michelle managed the Training Systems for Walt Disney World for 7 years, which included both PeopleSoft and SAP, and rolled out the first property-wide Training System of Record. Before working with Learning systems, Michelle had been a Sr. Personnel Specialist and oversaw the use and upgrade of the Personnel module of PeopleSoft. She was active as a trainer in both systems and operations areas, heavily drawing on her operations experience to support Theme Parks & Resorts to during the LMS roll out.
Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Kenyon College in Gambier, OH.

He has 25 years of consulting experience and has led numerous projects that have delivered millions of dollars of benefits to clients and have touched hundreds of thousands of employees.

The programs Tom has implemented have won several awards, including APQC's "Model Knowledge Sharing Organization", Internet Week magazine's "Best Business Site", the World of Learning's "e-Learning Solution of the Year" and world famous Internet design guru Jakob Nielsen's "10 Best Intranet Designs." Tom is a frequent speaker on the topics of learning, KM, portals, collaboration and content management.

Before joining Accenture, Tom was Chief Knowledge Officer for a Fortune 100 company. Prior to that he worked for a Big Five consultancy where he held positions leading their KM, Portal and Content Management consulting practice, managing their internal KM function, leading their Learning Technology organization and as Deputy CIO.

Robert Hubbard
LMS Project Functional Manager, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)

Robert Hubbard joined the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) in 2003 as a graduate Cooperative student working as a Program Manager. Today, Robert serves as Learning Management System Functional Lead at NASA and is located at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. He is currently serves as the Chair for the Agency’s LMS Operations Working Group. Robert attended Tuskegee University where he studied Management Information Systems and earned a Bachelor’s degree in 2003. He also attended University of Central Florida where he studied Project Management and earned a Master's Certificate in 2009 as well as studied Public Administration and earned a Masters degree in 2006. Susan Kramer
Director HRIS, The Walt Disney Company (TWDC)

Susan Kramer co-leads the Enterprise HRIS function at TWDC, responsible for the Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Talent Planning, and employee Portal systems. In this role, Susan and her team are responsible for all of the the systems lifecycle activities for these key HR functions for the company.
Prior to her current role, Susan managed the PeopleSoft HR System for Walt Disney World (WDW). She implemented the first web based recruiting program for WDW's College Program, in PeopleSoft. She implemented WDW's first Training System of Record program, also in PeopleSoft. She implemented WDW's Personic Recruiting System. She subsequently managed the conversion of WDW's PeopleSoft HR system to SAP. She then built TWDC's first HR Shared Services function, Employee Administrative Services, successfully centralizing several back of house transaction processes, implementing electronic employee personnel files and an employee/CRM system to manage call center activities. Prior to joining TWDC, Susan held IT technical and leadership roles with Accenture Consulting, Ryder Systems, Inc., Ceridian and Darden Restaurants. Susan holds aBachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems and a Master of Science in Information Systems from The George Washington University, Washington DC.
